Hi, I’m Jonathan.

I’ve always enjoyed designing and building things. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across digital product, strategy, and design, helping teams bring new ideas to life. Much of that experience is in financial services, alongside work in healthcare, media, care services, fine art, and more.

I started as a designer and grew into product leadership to broaden my impact on strategy and the business. I’m still a designer at heart: I put customers first, push for simplicity, and hold a high bar for the experience.

My approach is calm and measured. I bring different perspectives together, help teams cut through the noise, and give people clarity and ownership. We find a direction together, then use data and feedback to learn and adjust.

I’m drawn to new technologies and opportunities to build something that doesn’t exist yet. That entrepreneurial instinct continues to shape how I lead and the challenges I take on next.
